Midwest Beats — Website and Private Content-Management Terms

These terms do not replace an existing purchase agreement or apply retroactively to completed transactions.

1. Operator and scope

Midwest Beats is operated by Steady Flow, LLC, doing business as Midwest Beats. These terms govern the MidwestBeats.music informational website and the authorized use of its private content-management application. Contact: midwestbeatsproducer@gmail.com.

The merchandise store has separate store terms, privacy policy, shipping and return policies. Purchases of music and licenses are governed by the license and transaction terms presented for that purchase. These website terms do not reduce rights granted in an existing license or any right supplied by applicable law.

2. Music, downloads and intellectual property

You may browse the website, listen to previews and use downloads as permitted by the applicable license or accompanying instructions. Receiving a free download does not, by itself, transfer copyright or grant unlimited commercial-use rights. Review the actual license before releasing, distributing, monetizing or otherwise commercially using music. If a license is unclear or missing, contact us before that use.

Content belongs to Midwest Beats or the respective rights holders. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party material or restrict uses permitted by law. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, bypass access controls, or disrupt the website or its services.

3. Email requests and communications

The Starter Pack form explains the email communications requested when it is submitted. Marketing emails provide an unsubscribe method. You may also contact us to request an unsubscribe. Necessary nonmarketing communications about a transaction, security matter or support request are separate. Our Privacy Policy describes our information handling.

4. Private Google-connected application

The content-management application is privately operated by the Midwest Beats owner, not offered as a public account-connection service. Website visitors do not need to connect a Google account. Operators must have authority over the connected account and the material they upload, and must approve the requested permissions through Google.

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-enabled application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Authorized operators must review and accept the application's Privacy Policy before using its Google-connected features. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Only authorized content may be uploaded. Connecting an account is not authorization to publish arbitrary content. Disconnecting the application does not automatically remove content already published to YouTube or delete original media in Google Drive. See the Privacy Policy for revocation and deletion procedures.

5. Third-party destinations

The website links to services such as BeatStars, Shopify and social platforms. Their terms, privacy practices, availability and account requirements apply when you use those services. A link does not waive any obligation Midwest Beats has as a seller or operator. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our site or third-party services.

6. Accuracy, changes and rights

We aim to keep descriptions and links accurate and may correct errors or change website features prospectively. The applicable product page, checkout and license determine the actual product and transaction terms; a general website reference does not alter an accepted order or license.

These terms do not waive mandatory consumer protections, lawful refunds, privacy rights, or remedies for fraud or other liability that cannot be excluded. They do not impose arbitration, a class-action waiver, an abbreviated claim deadline or a new monetary liability cap.

7. Updates and questions

We may update these terms prospectively and identify the revised effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice or consent where required. Questions may be sent to midwestbeatsproducer@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, authorization codes or full payment-card details.
